In valve manufacturing, precision-cast steel components play a critical role. These parts are produced using precision casting processes, ensuring the valve's reliability and long-lasting performance.

Precision casting processes primarily include investment casting and lost-wax casting. Investment casting is an ancient yet modern technique that uses a fusible material—such as wax—to create a mold, which is then coated with refractory material to form a shell mold. After the wax core melts and is removed, molten metal is poured into the resulting shell mold. In contrast, lost-wax casting employs a foam plastic mold instead of a wax one. During the casting process, the foam mold vaporizes and disappears entirely, leaving behind the final cast part.

These precision-cast steel components not only achieve high precision and superior surface quality during manufacturing but also maintain exceptional performance throughout their entire service life. They are critical components in valve production, ensuring stable operation and long-term reliability of the valves.
